Lavandula × intermedia ‘Edelweiss’ is a compact, evergreen shrub known for its aromatic, linear leaves and spikes of fragrant white flowers that bloom in summer. Hardy in USDA Zones 5 through 11, ‘Edelweiss’ is drought-resistant and attracts various pollinators, including bees and butterflies.
