Description
This is a herbaceous perennial clematis – pretty much meaning that it’s not a climber like other clematis varieties. It grows in a spreading clump that grows 2 to 3 ft high each year, topped with these nodding flowers in blue, pink or white. Flowers are followed by interesting fluffy seed heads.
